Our Gravel wheelsets are developed for different riding styles, from lightweight all-round setups to more aerodynamic race wheels. Each model follows a dedicated design philosophy, with variations in rim depth, profile geometry and rim width to suit its intended application.
The 30mm Wide-Rim Series is designed with a clear focus on low weight, offering lightweight gravel wheelsets with a 30 mm external rim width in rim depths from 30 mm to 50 mm. The Bigboy is designed around modern 40 mm tyres, combining a 50 mm deep, 40 mm wide rim for maximum aerodynamic efficiency and stability at high speeds. The Sturmvogel introduces a 36 mm external rim profile optimised for 35 mm tyres, reducing aerodynamic drag while maintaining predictable handling for gravel racing. Building on the same platform, the Storchenschnabel increases rim depth to 50 mm and combines a reinforced 5.5 mm bead wall with additional aerodynamic gains and increased impact resistance for riders seeking maximum speed on demanding gravel terrain
The Robin, the little sister of our Bigboy, is optimized for modern 40 mm tyres. Its 45 mm deep, 40 mm wide rim delivers outstanding aerodynamic efficiency while maintaining excellent stability at high speeds.
Bigboy

Developed for riders who demand maximum speed on fast gravel courses, the Bigboy combines a 50 mm rim depth with a 40 mm external width. Optimised around modern 40 mm tyres, the wide rim profile reduces aerodynamic drag while maintaining stable handling in changing wind conditions. Designed for uncompromising performance on high-speed gravel terrain.
These wheelsets are configured with Pillar Wing 20/21 spokes to match their performance priorities.
Sturmvogel
Our Sturmvogel!
Developed under the project name Sturmvogel, the Z45-36 follows a different naming concept, using the rim's external width of 36 mm instead of its 29 mm internal width. With 35.5 mm at the bead and 37 mm at the centre section, it is optimised for riders using a 35 mm front tyre. Compared to conventional 30 mm gravel rims of the same depth, the profile delivers an aerodynamic advantage of approximately 3–8 watts.
DT Swiss Aerolite / DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes are fitted as standard on selected wheelsets.
Alternatively, wheelsets can be configured with Pillar Wing 20/21 spokes to match different performance priorities. Such wheelsets with those spokes are having a "Plus" at the end.
Storchenschnabel
Our Storchenschnabel!
Developed under the project name Storchenschnabel, the Z50-36 also uses the rim's 36 mm external width in its designation. Sharing the same aerodynamic profile as the Sturmvogel, it is designed for 35 mm front tyres while increasing rim depth to 50 mm. The 29 mm internal width combined with a 36 mm external width creates a 5.5 mm bead wall, resulting in a particularly robust rim construction. Depending on tyre and riding conditions, the aerodynamic profile provides an estimated advantage of 5–9 watts compared to conventional 30 mm gravel rims of the same depth.
DT Swiss Aerolite / DT Swiss Aero Comp spokes are fitted as standard on selected wheelsets.

30mm Wide-Rim Series
The 30mm Wide-Rim Series offers lightweight gravel and endurance rims.
Available in 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm and 50 mm rim depths with a 30 mm external width, each wheelset can be configured with DT Swiss 240, DT Swiss 350 or Newmen FADE hubs.
Starting at 1,090 g with Newmen FADE hubs in the 30 mm configuration, the gravel lineup offers lightweight wheelsets across the entire range. The wheelset shown on the left is equipped with the 40 mm rim and weighs 1,200 g with the same hub specification.
The series is capable of comfortably accommodating tyre widths from 30 mm to 55 mm.

Volksgraveller
Z35i24SL4 Volksgraveller
Your perfect partner for bikepacking and travelling. The rim optically resembles our super-light Z35i24SL4, but was designed for higher weights and greater demands.
Designed for bikepacking and long-distance riding, this wheelset is built around a reinforced rim for higher loads and demanding conditions. Although it shares the appearance of the lightweight Z35i24SL5, its construction has been developed for increased durability while maintaining a low overall weight.
This wheelset is configured with Pillar Wing 20/21 spokes to match its performance priorities.
Robin
Our Robin has arrived!
The little sister of our Bigboy. Our Robin maintains the same sturdy characteristics of its bigger brother but with a 45mm rim depth, while beeing 20 grams lighter than the Bigboy.
