Shipping

We ship all our packages safely and reliably via DHL.

Shipping within Germany: €17.90
Shipping to other EU countries: €18.90
Shipping outside the EU: We currently ship to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom (Great Britain).

Important Note for Switzerland: For all shipments to Switzerland, customs clearance is fully handled and processed by DHL for your convenience.

Important Note for the United Kingdom (UK)

Please note that all shipments to Great Britain are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Customs & Taxes: The recipient (end customer) is fully responsible for paying the British VAT, any applicable customs duties, and the standard DHL disbursement/handling fee upon import.
How it works: DHL will contact you directly before delivery (usually via email or the DHL On Demand Delivery portal) to collect these fees. Your package will be released for final delivery as soon as the payment is completed.

Important Note for Norway

Please note that we do not participate in the VOEC (VAT on E-Commerce) scheme. All shipments to Norway are processed as standard imports.

VAT & Fees: Upon customs clearance, DHL or the Norwegian Post (Posten Norge) will charge the recipient the standard 25% Norwegian VAT plus a local carrier handling/disbursement fee.
Delivery: These fees must be paid by the end customer before the package can be successfully delivered.
