Return Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Important Notice on Returns: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address listed below without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. How to Return Your Package

To ensure your return is processed quickly and safely, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Notify Us

Use the withdrawal button on our website to send us your whitdrawal.

Step 2: Prepare the Items

Place the items back into their original product packaging. Please ensure all original tags, accessories, and instruction manuals are included. The items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

Step 3: Pack Securely

Place the product packaging inside a sturdy shipping box (you can reuse the box we sent it in). To help us identify your return faster, please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your Order Number inside the box. Seal the box securely with high-quality packing tape.

Step 4: Label the Package

Clearly write or print our return address (listed below) and attach it to the outside of the package. Make sure any old shipping labels or barcodes on the box are completely covered or removed.

Step 5: Ship It

Take the package to a shipping carrier of your choice (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). As shipping costs are borne by the customer, you can choose the service that suits you best.

> Pro Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the mailing receipt until your refund has been processed. We cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit without proof of postage.

3. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive your returned package and inspect the condition of the items, we will process your refund:

The refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow atleast 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
